Very conducive environment for treatment and healing. Very professional and caring TCM practitioners. Both are competent, patient and English-speaking. The treatment (acupunture and tui na) by Dr Ng alleviated the stiff neck and shoulder that bothered for days.

My husband and I made a booking a day before and was able to get in to see Doctor Ng. After providing some details of pain in areas Dr Ng was able to give us an explanation for the possible causes. He didn't try to provide advice on areas outside of his expertise. He gave clear and concise advice on treatment and prices. If we had stayed longer we would go back for more sessions.

We had a great experience, Dr Ng was easy to communicate and you can tell he has a lot of passion with what he does. He is also quite funny.

If you plan on doing some acupuncture I would recommend giving yourself atleast 2 days recovery as you will be sore.

Hopefully we have an opportunity to come back to Penang and will visit this clinic again.

Went in as a tcm novice but had a bad back sprain (as identified by the doc). Doc was not only friendly, v bilingual, but v professional in identifying issues and assigning the relevant treatments. I went in for acupuncture and guasha(?) and throughout the entire experience he made sure to check in on how I was feeling and even played along w the jokes to ease the atmosphere of discomfort. Truly a gem of a doc and of a place. Super clean environment and if only he was in Sg, because regular flying to Penang for a good man, though worth it, is out of my medical expensive budget. Highly highly recommend!

I visited this clinic twice whilst staying in Penang and had tuina, cupping and facial acupuncture. The clinic is very clean and modern and the staff are all friendly. I had the same practitioner for all of my treatments and I felt at ease. He even accommodated my request for smaller needles as my pain threshold is low! I definitely recommend this place - I wish I had more time for more treatment here!

Very good experience. After my bell’s palsy over 22 years ago, the acupuncture has performed has been successful in reducing twitching on my left eye after 7 sessions. The kua sa and cupping on my neck and shoulders has helped me tremendously on reducing the neck and shoulder pain after only 1 session. I definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from any pain.

What an experience. A holistic professional on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
He first takes my pulse, check my tongue, asks me a lot of questions to draft a first diagnosis.
I had a particular question on the 4-months amenorrhea I have now, with very irregular periods. As I stayed only 5 days in Georgetown, he suggested to treat anxiety, digestive issues and posture. Then regarding the amenorrhea, he would ask for a hormonal check-up. In France, my gynecologist 'solution' is for me to take hormonal pill... I don't see the logic in that.
So if they don't come back, I will go see an endocrinologist and ask for that check-up. This is the way to go : first target the problem, then act on it. And I love to act with softer medicine than just taking drugs as Western countries do. At least France. Drugs have 2ndary effects and just mask the cause.

So I had 2 acupuncture sessions with this doctor (the 2nd one with electro stimulation I suppose) , followed by 2 gua sha sessions with Vaseline. Painful but amazing! And 2 months of a mix of herbs. Exercices to do to stretch and strengthen target muscles and remembering to keep a good straight posture!!
